Snape's Office

Yes, Snape is so legit that he gets an office. What now?

Snape: I walked in after the last girl.

Daphne: I stood over to the side with Pansy and Astoria and looked over the room trying to take my mind off what would happen to us. The room reflected many characteristics of the potions classroom and the slytherin common room. Old, like anything in Hogwarts, and dark, which was only to be expected.

Astoria: I looked around the room. It definitely reflected Professor Snape's personality. Cold and detached. I held back a shiver at the general feeling the room gave me.

Snape: I walked behind my desk to face them. "Sit," I said before I placed both of my hands on the desk, leaning into them and staring the girls down.

Astoria: I quickly looked around, before sitting in one of the chairs.

Daphne: I shrunk back and took a seat gripping the edge of the chair and staring at my knees.

Pansy: I took a seat between the two and put a hand on Daphne's arm to calm her while fighting not to glare back at Snape defiantly.

Snape: "Now. What were you really doing in that corridor?"

Astoria: I looked at Daphne and Pansy, wondering who should speak first.

Daphne: Having fun? No, that wouldn't do...

Pansy: I looked between the two who were both silent. Okay, here goes nothing. The truth never fails? "We were bored."

Astoria: "The most interesting thing to do in the Slytherin Common Room is very possibly studying or listening to gossip," I added. "We wanted something a little more varied than that,"

Snape: I raised an eyebrow, "And you couldn't have waited until you were allowed out of the common room?"

Pansy: "People have died from boredom. Do you know that people who experience boredom for long periods of time are 2.5 times more likely to die from a heart attack or stroke? And we also didn't know when that would be..."

Daphne: This was why I loved Pansy and Astoria.

(BTW Harry...You avatar...well I'm in awe.)

Snape: "Did you also know that I don't care, and that you are more likely to die due to your insolent manner?"

Pansy: I almost rolled my eyes but caught myself.

Daphne: I finally decided it was time to speak up although my eyes refused to leave my knees. "Professor, it's my fault, not theirs. I suggested the idea and convinced them to go through with it."

Astoria: I looked at Daphne. I couldn't let her go down alone! That wasn't what sisters did, was it? "It wasn't just her, Professor, and she didn't have to convince me to leave, I left of my own free will,"

Daphne: I frowned at Astoria. "No, she didn't." What was the point of taking the blame if it didn't keep it off anyone?

Pansy: I decided to keep my mouth shut and let Daphne take the blame. I loved her and all... but I wasn't a Gryffindor so it wasn't my job to act all heroic.

Snape: "It seems to me that you are all at fault. I doubt that Miss. Greengrass Imperiused either of you into following her. You each did it of your own free will. Therefore, you must all be punished."

Daphne: "How do you know that I didn't?" I finally dare to look up.

Snape: "No student knows that kind of Dark Magic Miss. Greengrass. And I would appreciate it if you would stop lying to me."

Astoria: I looked over at Daphne incredulously. What was she doing?! Had she developed a heroic Gryffindor complex or something? I didn't mind being punished! She was the 'Good Influence' sister, which was why I was honestly surprised Professor Snape was buying this. I was the troublemaker...

(Ahem. For the record, Professor Snape believes nothing little insolent students say.)

Daphne: "I'm not lying to you Professor. I've had my ways of learning these kinds of things... Astoria is my sister so of course she would try to protect me by saying she went on her own free will. You don't see Pansy arguing with me." Although I was lying about having performed the curse it was no lie that I knew how...

Pansy: She was going a bit far... She could get in some serious trouble.

Snape: I raised my eyebrow, "So you are confessing to me that you are breaking the law?"
