The Headmasters Office

Yes. Voldemort is the Headmaster. If you have a problem with this, please realize that I am taking creative freedom in having Harry, Ron, and Hermione back at Hogwarts in their seventh year.

Once we got out of the Great Hall, Snape took the lead. It was obvious that he was headed for his office. I followed close to his heels. When we reached the gargoyle that lead to his office, I glanced behind me and saw a handful of the members of the DA following at various intervals on different staircases. Snape was so furious that he paid no attention to them.

Snape: I stopped in front of the gargoyle and said "Levicorpus." The gargoyle lept aside and I walked up the narrow staircase.

I looked behind me one last time and made eye-contact with Hermione. She nodded at me to show that she had heard what he had said. Once I knew that she had heard, I quickly caught up to Snape. I walked into his office and he shut the door behind us. I turned and stared at him, "What?"

Snape: I glared at Potter, "Speak to me with respect." I demanded.

"I wasn't aware that I was required to treat a cold-blooded murderer with respect." I retorted.

Snape: I drew my wand and pointed it at him. "Don't force me to use this."

"Why would I need to force you? You're just going to send me bound and gagged to Voldemo-" I stopped and gritted my teeth. "Why not just kill me? I'm sure that is what you wished would have happened to me when your master came to kill me and my mum died in my place. You wish it would have been the other way around!"

Snape: I raised my wand, "Langlock!*"

I felt my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth.

Snape: "Now listen to me very carefully Potter. Dumbledore it's here to save you from every little danger. You may want to watch your tongue. Believe it or not, your enemies are far superior than your allies. You aren't safe here. Death Eaters swarm the castle even as we speak. Most of them are looking for you. Do you have some sort of a death wish? If so, that can easily be arranged. If not, I suggest very strongly that you leave. Give He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named some enjoyment in hunting for you. And let me remind you that just because you are the Boy-Who-Lived does not give you the right to treat your superiors that way." I trailed off and picked up on a different subject, "I am surprised that you got past the Death Eaters searching the Hogwarts Express and the guards stationed around the perimeter of the school. So far no one has seen you, but I would leave now. I am not giving sympathy to you, but my Master would hate to have such an easy target. It would disappoint him to think that you would turn yourself in without a fight. Now go!" I demanded before doing the counter-spell for Langlock.

I turned and walked out of his office and out to the corridors.

McGonagall: I walked to the top of the stairs and found the rest of the staff, with no death eater guards. How odd. What was going on here?

Flitwick: "Minerva!" I squeaked, "They got you too!!"

McGonagall: "Yes, it was either side-along apparation or walking." I shook my head. "Do you have any idea what's going on, any of you?"

Sprout: "We have an idea."

McGonagall: I turned to look at Pomona. "And?" I asked, hoping it wasn't too bad.

Flitwick: "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named has taken over at Hogwarts!!"

McGonagall: I nodded. "I had assumed as much, seeing as a few hours ago..." I trailed off, none of them were in the Order. "Well, there was a rebellion group, and a student was injured,"

Sprout: "So we wait then."

McGongall: "I'm afraid that's all we can do," I nodded, taking a seat.

Lord Voldemort: I walked through the corridors until we reached the gargoyle. "Morsmordre." I said calmly, and the gargoyle lept aside. I climbed the winding staircase. I could hear Lucius, Rookwood, Severus, and Bellatrix following close behind me.

McGonagall: I stood, looking at the door as did all the staff, when it began to open.

Lucius: I followed the Dark Lord into the room that held held the entire school staff. I'd seen many of them before.

Bellatrix: I followed as the others walked into the room and smiled with a dash of insanity as I caught their fear.

Lord Voldemort: I moved to sit in the Headmaster's chair. "It is nice of you all to join me...." I began.

Rookwood: I shut the door behind me once everyone was inside.

McGonagall: I nodded, decinging that to speak would be unwise.

Lord Voldemort: "As all of you have most likely guessed, I am taking over the position of Headmaster of this scho-"

Flitwick: "No!"

Lord Voldemort: I smiled, " Incarcerous!" I watched as snake-like ropes emerged from the tip of my wand and wrapped themselves around him. "As I was saying: I will be taking the position of Headmaster here. All of you will be taken in for questioning for the whereabouts of Harry Potter, and if you are members of the society the "Order of the Phoenix", you will be-for lack of a better word- impounded. Any questions?"

McGonagall: I chanced a short look at Severus, who, to my surprise looked shocked. A moment later his face was composed, but he'd obviously been taken aback by the 'announcement'. Everyone stayed silent, some obviously wondering who the members of the Order were, and the rest who were members all looked fearful, but curious.

Lord Voldemort: "No?" I stood up and began walking aimlessly around the office. "Another important fact that I failed to mention earlier: there will be no more houses at Hogwarts." I paused and dragged a forefinger across the brim of an old and patched hat. "There will be no more Sorting Hat. All students will be automatically placed in Slytherin."

MCGonagall: "No Sorting Hat? And how exactly do you expect to make that work?" I asked.

Lord Voldemort: I turned, "I believe I made that clear when I said that all students will automatically be placed in Slytherin. The only house that will remain is the one created by Salazar Slytherin. Of course, that means that only students of pureblood will be allowed to attend Hogwarts."

Lucius: I smiled as the Dark Lord's plan was unraveled. Absolutely brilliant.

Bellatrix: I continued watching the dumbstruck faces with great pleasure. Hogwarts would finally be a proper school.

McGongall: "And what of the other students?" I asked dryly.

Lord Voldemort: "Other? What do you mean by other?"

McGonagall: "I mean, of course, the students who are not pureblooded,"
