Number 12, Grimmauld Place

Ginny: I took deep breath, listening as he spoke. "Alright. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, they won't tell us, but from what I've heard, You-Know-Who is here, searching for Harry. I don't know where Harry is, but I think Hermione does, trouble is I haven't seen her in hours, and I don't think there is, there are more death eaters here than there were this morning, or last night," I explained quickly, and quietly looking over my shoulder again, to make sure it was safe.

Lupin: I sighed, "This is very bad. I need you to gather the DA. Take them to a room that is just off the Restricted Section in the Library. I believe Harry has told you about his encounters with the Mirror of Erised. If he hasn't, Neville will know about it. I am going to tell you a charm that is extremely advanced magic. It makes the conjurer invisible. I only learned how to do it myself when I was graduated from Hogwarts for many a year." I told her the name of the spell and had her repeat it a few times, "I have found that people are able to produce the correct spell when their lives depend on it. If you aren't able to perform the spell, I will come find you, or Tonks will. But if you can, that will save us time. And time is what we need. Hurry and go."

Ginny: "Most of them are already gathered, but there's a problem, and a big one too." I sighed. "We all have death eaters in our common rooms, luckily the one in here is asleep for the moment, and the school is under heady guard." I shook my head. "I don't think we'd get far if we tried,"

Lupin: "That is what I feared. Go up to your room and clear it of all people. We will apparate there."

Ginny: "Okay, give me three minutes," I nodded, standing up and quickly gathering my books before heading up to the 6th year dormitories, and clearing out all the girls, telling them not to ask questions, or I'd hex them. I stood by the door and waited, keeping an eye opened the whole time.

Lupin: I pulled my head out of the fire and explained everything to the others. We waited five minutes, just in case, before we apparated.

I looked at Cho to make sure she was alright as we arrived on the top step to the old house. "Be really quiet, it's likely that Sirius's Mum will wake up if we're too loud," I warned as I opened the door slowly, before stepping inside, and waiting just inside the door for Sirius and Harry.

Sirius: Apparating on the top step of Number 12. I yanked Harry's arm forward as he lost his balance and began to fall backward. Luckily there were no Death Eaters out and about. I turned the door handle and walked inside, Harry right behind me.

I glanced at Sirius as he and Harry entered and Sirius pushed past Cho and I into the hall. I wondered what he was up to....

Sirius: I walked down the hall and stopped at the portrait that held my mum. I opened the curtains with my wand and smiled, "Hello mother. Did you miss me?" Right as she began yelling 'Dishonoring the Black name!!' I shouted, "Amocionis Permanens!" I watched as the portrait fell to the ground with a thud and a 'HOW DARE YOU!'

"You got her down!" I gasped. "Who taught you that spell? It's one I've never even heard of." I asked, curiously. "And apparently no one else in the Order had either,"

Sirius: "It is possible to create your own spells you know." I smiled, hoping to satisfy her.

"I guees you're right," I sighed with a small head nod. "They aren't usually that powerful initially, though,"

Sirius: "Not usually, no."

"Of course, you're anything but normal, aren't you Sirius?" I asked with a small sarcastic laugh. The cryptic responses Sirius was giving for every question asked were really getting old.

Sirius: "Why make a cryptic remark like that?"

"I hope that was sarcasm," I muttered, walking into the kitchen.

Sirius: "With brains like yours, I figured that you'd know."

I followed Hermione into the kitchen quietly as a thought struck me suddenly. I wondered whether Luna was well yet and what had happened at the school. With the Order gone, had they gone on a rampage, murdering any students who weren't of pure blood? Was Luna still safe there? Was she out looking for us this very second? I glanced around nervously trying to shake the thoughts. I'm sure Madam Pomfrey and Professor McGonagall were taking care of Luna and everyone else. Things couldn't be that bad, could they? I sighed. "Do you think they're all okay back at the school?" I whispered.

I looked at Cho. "I dunno. I sure hope so...." I sighed, sinking into one of the chairs surrounding the long table. "We shouldn't have just left like that," I shook my head. "What are the others going to do?"

I nodded seeing that Hermione was empathizing with my worry and sat down next to her at the table. "I guess we couldn't have stayed either though, could we?"

"You're right about that," I decided. "It still doesn't make me feel much better, though. I mean, what about all the underage students.... I'm sure most of them have no idea what's even happening," I shook my head. "This is all just a mess, it's sad how quickly things can change, isn't it?"

"Yeah," I sighed regretting my decision to come along. Harry and Hermione had legitimate reasons to come. They needed to hide. I could have stayed with Luna and Amber at the school to make sure everyone was okay. "It's all happening so fast isn't it? One moment everything is fine and then in a split second everything our lives depend on just... collapses." I was staring blankly at a window now.

"At least there's still a strong rebellion going," I pointed out. "The Order had plenty of people, as well as many who sympathize with the cause. There are also many Hogwarts students who won't stand and let this just happen, the teachers too, they'll protect the students," I said quietly, trying to make myself believe the words.

"But You-Know-Who no doubt knows this, and he's probably got a plan. He could get rid of most of the supporters with his friends just as quickly as they took over." Though I had spoken in a dull monotone I winced with imagining all of my friends dead around me. My eyes started watering and I blinked rapidly. I looked to an unoccupied corner so no one could see me cry.
